摘 要:目的:通过分析人Survivin蛋白的二级结构预测其B细胞表位。方法:采用SOPMA软件分析Survivin蛋白的二级结构;多参数方案综合分析蛋白的亲水性、柔性结构、抗原性指数和表面可及性并预测Survivin蛋白的B细胞表位。结果:Survivin蛋白B细胞表位位于N端14~21、46~51、65~81和89~94区域。结论:Survivin蛋白二级结构及B细胞表位的成功预测,为进一步研究其蛋白特征、表位疫苗、制备单克隆抗体及研制新型抑制剂奠定了基础。OBJECTIVE: To predict the B cell epitopes of human Survivin protein by analyzing its secondary structure. METHODS: The Survivin protein secondary structure was predicted by SOPMA. Hydrophilicity profile, flexible regions, antigenicity index and surface accessibility were analyzed comprehensively and the possible B cell epitopes of human Survivin protein were predicted. RESULTS: B cell epitopes were probably located at or adjacent to the N-terminal No. 14-21, 46-51, 65-81, 89-94 regions. CONCLUSION: Prediction of the secondary structure and B cell epitopes of human Survivin protein lays a basis for studies of the characteristics of the protein, development of epitope based vaccine and the monoclonal antibody against human Survivin protein, designing new type inhibitors of human Sur vivin protein.
