青蒿琥酯与氯喹和槟榔碱配伍对体外培养的布氏锥虫杀灭效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究青蒿琥酯与其它药物配伍对体外培养锥虫是否具有杀灭效果。方法采用单剂量青蒿琥酯及与氯喹和槟榔碱不同药物浓度配伍对体外连续培养的布氏锥虫杀灭效果观察。结果单剂量青蒿琥酯所需有效剂量大作用时间长,而与氯喹配伍两种药物比例为1:1浓度在0.03mg/ml条件下,体外培养的锥虫48小时全部被杀死,随配伍药物剂量增加杀灭锥虫的时间缩短。结论大剂量的青蒿琥酯对体外培养的锥虫具有杀灭作用,但与氯喹配伍使用其效果更佳。The elimination effect of artesunate on the in vitro continuously cultured Trypanosoma brucei singly or in combination with chloroquine and arecoline was investigated in the present study. The experimental results showed that the effective single dose of artesunate required to kill the parasites was rather large and action time was long. However, when this drug was used in combination with chloroquine or arecoline at proportion of 1：1 and in a concentration of 0.03 mg/ml, all the parasites could be killed in vitro within 48 hours; and the elimination time of parasites could be shortened along with the increased dose of chloroquine or arecoline. It is concluded that large dose of artesunate show the killing effect on in vitro cultured T. brucei, but this effect appears even better when it was used in combination with chlproquine or arecoline.
