摘　　要：目的研究人格特征对哮喘患者生活质量的影响。方法对769例哮喘患者应用艾森克人格问卷和哮喘生活质量评估表进行调查,对收集到的数据运用SPSS10.0进行t检验、相关分析和多元逐步回归分析。结果①哮喘患者的整体生活质量偏差;②哮喘患者的生活质量与人格的神经质维度呈显著负相关,与内外向维度呈显著正相关;③人格的神经质维度进入患者生活质量的回归方程。结论人格的神经质是影响哮喘患者生活质量的重要因素。Objective To study the effect of personality characteristics on the quality of life in asthma patients. Methods A total of 769 cases asthma patients were investigated by schedule table EPQ - RSC, AQLQ. With the SPSS10.0, t - test, correlation analysis and multivariahle stepwise regression analysis were carried out for the collected data. Results （1）The total level of life quality of asthma patients was worse. （2）The quality of life of asthma patients was related negatively to dimension N of personality characteristics, and it was related positively to dimension E of personality characteristics. （3） Dimension N of personality characteristics entered the regression equation of quality of life. Conclusion Dimension N of personality characteristics is an important factor for affecting the quality of life in asthma patients.
