摘　　要：目的评价采用闭合复位顺行交锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性分析自2002年5月～2006年1月采用闭合复位顺行交锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折61例,按AO分型A型36例,B型18例,C型7例,均采用闭合复位,扩髓顺行插钉,远近端交锁。结果61例获得7～28个月的随访,59例骨性愈合,2例骨折延迟愈合,改动力化2个月后获得骨性愈合,平均愈合时间为16.8周,肩关节功能按Neer评分:优53例,良6例,可2例,优良率96.7%,肘关节功能正常。结论闭合复位顺行交锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折固定牢靠、创伤小、恢复快是一种有效的治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of treatment of humeral shaft fracture with closed reduction and antegrade interlocking intramedullary nails. Methods Sixty- one patients with the humeral shaft fracture were treated with closed reduction and antegrade interlocking intramedullary nails from May 2002 to January 2006. A retrospective analysis was done of their physical examination records. Thirty-six, 18 and 7 patients were classified as type A, B and C respectively according to AO classification. The patients were treated with closed reduction and internal fixation with antegrade interlocking intramedullary nails. Results All patients were followed up between 7 months and 28 months. The fracture union occurred in sixty- one patients. The fracture union was delayed in two patients in the group and occurred after two months removal of the distal screw. The average healing time was 16.8 weeks. According to Neer shoulder functional score system, the excellent result was achieved in 53 patients, good in 6 and fair in 2. The excellent and good rate was 96.7%. The excellent result was achieved of elbow function. Conclusion Closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nail for treatment of humeral shaft fracture is effective with little interference with the blood supply of the bone fracture ends and with stable immobilization and quick recover.
