摘  要:以硝酸铝和蔗糖为原料,采用溶胶一凝胶法制备碳铝干凝胶,通过碳热还原反应制备了高比表面积的A1N粉末,探讨了反应温度,硝酸镍的添加量对合成A1N粉末的影响。用XRD,SEM和低温N2物理吸附等手段表征发现,制备的A1N球形粒子粒径均一,约40~50nm左右,具有规则形貌,高比表面积和狭窄的孔径分布;镍盐的掺杂可以显著提升生成A1N的速率,使A1N球形粒子形貌发生很大的改变,其粒子变得粗大,甚至发生了部分团聚。The sol-gel method is proposed for the preparation of a binary carbonaceous aluminium xeroget by using aluminium nitrate and sucrose as the raw materials. The aluminium nitride powder with high surface area was obtained by carbonthermal reduction reaction. The influence of reaction temperature and the amount of nickel nitrate doped on the preparation of A1N were discussed. The obtained A1N sample was characterized by XRD, SEM and N2 physorption. The results indicate that the prepared A1N has a uniform crystal size about 40- 50nm, regular morphology, high surface area and sharp pore size distribution. However, the addition of nickel salt could accelerate the reaction rate of the yield of A1N remarkably and has a great influence on the A1N grain morphology, induces the A1N particle larger and the conglomeration.
