摘　　要：利用正电子湮没技术对一系列Ｆｅ基形状记忆合金的预应变过程进行了研究。结果显示了形变过程中不同阶段缺陷结构的变化。The positron annihilation technique was employed to investigate the strain process in a series of Febased shape memory alloy. The results indicate the variation of defect structure associated with the different stages in the prestrain. The influence of defects on the shape memory effect of alloys was discussed.
