疱疹止痛灵治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效观察——疱疹止痛灵主药栀子化学成分作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨疱疹止痛灵治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效和主药栀子化学成分作用研究。方法:将394例分为治疗组315例,服用疱疹止痛灵;对照组79例,服用索米痛。结果:治疗组总有效率96.5%,对照组总有效率44.3%。治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。同时揭示疱疹止痛灵治疗带状疱疹后遗神痛的有效中药化学成分为栀子醇,具有镇静、镇痛的作用。Objective ：To observe the treatment effect on begueathed herps zoster heuralgia by ＂ Herps zhitongling＂ and to observe the chemistry function of the main medicine Gardenia. Methods ： To separate 394 patrents into 2 groups, one group named with 315 group patients is treated by ＂Herps zhitongling＂, the other group which is named compancd group with 79 patients is treated. To obserue the clinical effect. The exact time when effect start, the follwing visit with in half a year after 10 treatment days. Results：The efficient rate of the thcated group with 315 patients is 96.5%, while the efficient rate of the compared group with 79 patients is 44.3%. Conclusion ：The effect of the treated group is superior to that of the comared group（ P 〈 0. 01 ） , and we got the efficient themistry of ＂Herps zhitongling＂ is Gardenia alramine, Which has the function to clam dwn the pacients and to helioue pain.
