摘　　要：目的:观察中药仙连颗粒治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的疗效。方法:将120例ITP患者分为仙连颗粒治疗组和强的松对照组各60例,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗组的有效率、显效率明显高于对照组。治疗组在临床症状、血象、骨髓象的改善方面与对照组有非常显著性差异。还发现仙连颗粒治疗阴虚血热型疗效较好,血热妄行型疗效较差,气虚不摄型介于二型之间。Objective：To observe the hemogram and bone marrow phenomenon and clinical effect and effect of the different style in treating with Xianlian particles. Methods ：120 patients randomly divided into two groups, each group was 60 cases. To observe the change of clinical effect hemogram and bone marrow phenomenon before and after treatment. Results ： The results showed that effective rate and apparent rate of trial group after treatment were higher than control group. The difference between control and trial group in the melioration of clinical symptom, hemogram and bone marrow phenomenon after treatment was significant.
