中药内服外用治疗异位妊娠98例

摘　　要：目的：探讨中药内服外用治疗异位妊娠的临床指导意义。方法：对98例异位妊娠患者根据临床分型（未破损型、已破损型，其中已破损型中分不稳定型、陈旧型，并按临床表现中医辨证，分别采用活血化瘀，消瘕杀胚、益气活血、活血化瘀，消瘕散结法治疗。结果：总体疗效：98例患者治愈48例（48．98％），好转39例（39．79％），无效11例（11．23％），总有效率88．77％。治疗后血β—HCG值逐渐下降，最快4～5天，最慢15天降至正常。治疗后B超复查包块最快15天，最慢2月消失。结论：中医内外合治异位妊娠疗效确切，能有效保留生育功能，具有确切的临床意义，中药治疗异位妊娠具有优越性。Objective：To discuss the clinical significance of treating heterotopic pregnancy with traditional Chinese drug oral medication and external application. Methods ： 98 eases were treated with activate blood and resolve stasis, mass-eliminating and foeticide, tonify qi and blood-activating, blood-activating and stasis-resolving, mass-eliminating and disperse nodules, according to clinical classification. Results ： Cure ：48 cases （ 48.98% ）, improvement ： 39 cases （ 39.79% ）, inefficacy： 11 cases （ 11.23% ）, effective rate is 88.77%. After treatment 4 - 15 days, the β-HCG gradually decreased to normo. After treatment 15 days to 2 month, the B Ultrasound showed the mass was cleared. Conclusion ： The effect of traditional Chinese drug on heterotopic pregnancy is good,and traditional Chinese drug can save the procreative function, so traditional Chinese drug is predominant on treating heterotopic pregnancy.
