固体药物珍珠粉眼部释药评价方法的研究

摘　　要：目的:探索固体药物在眼部给药吸收与检测方法。方法:采用直观动态观察法,考察珍珠粉在兔眼吸收的饱和次数、时间及连续给药累积吸收百分率,并与其体外释药进行比较。结果:珍珠粉在眼内吸收速率成波状变化;其全部吸收完毕时间在355min以上;体外珍珠提取液释药速度及释药量均显著高于珍珠粉,并且完全。结论:珍珠粉眼部给药具有缓慢释药特性;研究中药固体药物在眼部的释药规律可采用本实验评价手段。Objective：To explore detection method of the solid substances administration absorption in the eyes. Methods：Using visual observation method, study on pearl powder absorb the frequency and duration of saturation and the absorption percentage for administration in rabbit eyes, and to compare with in vitro release method. Results ： Rate of speed wavy extend sequentia. The time of all the drugs absorb is 355 min - 395min. in vitro release rate and release amount of Pearl water extract were both speed significantly higher than Pearl powder. Conclusion：Pearl powder releasee characteristics was slowly in ophthalmic. Solid substances of compound traditional Chinese medicine absorption in the eyes could adopt these testing methods of determinat.
