摘　　要：腧穴特异性对临床疗效起决定性作用,针刺手法(刺激量)促进腧穴特异性的发挥,二者的协同作用对针刺临床疗效发挥着决定性的作用。The specificity of acupoint is decisive to the clinical curative effect, the acupuncture manipulation （quantity of stimulus） brings the specificity of acupoint into full play, synergistic effect of the two sides contributes a further clinical curative effect for acupuncture practice.
