独活对AD模型大鼠定位航行行为学的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察独活改善老年性痴呆(AD)模型大鼠定位航行学习记忆功能的作用。方法:应用Morris水迷宫检测独活对AD模型大鼠定位航行学习记忆改善的情况。结果表明:独活能够改善模型大鼠的定位航行学习记忆能力,缩短模型大鼠在水迷宫中定位航行的时间,提示独活对AD模型大鼠的定位航行学习记忆能力有一定的改善作用。Objective：To observe the effect that Duhuo can be used to improve the function of AD model rat＇s positioning navigation learning memory. Methods：Apply the Morris water maze to test AD model rat＇s positioning navigation learning memory, which is caused by injecting agglomerate Aβ1 -40 into right HIP. Results：Duhuo can improve the model rat＇s positioning navigation learning memory, shorten the time spent by the model rat in positioning navigation in the water maze. Indieate that Duhuo can somehow improve the AD model rat＇s positioning navigation learning memory.
