摘 要:航空军事运输是我军未来战争中重要的运输保障力量,其运输效率和运输能力的大小直接影响着作战的进程,装卸装备则是实现高效运输保障能力的关键。从分析装卸装备发展现状入手,认为目前的装卸装备在体系构成、性能、数量等方面均不能满足战时及应急航空装卸载保障任务的需要,应加强基础理论研究、积极促进成果转化、开展论证立项、灵活借鉴国外和民用技术。Military air transport will be one of the most important ensuring means of military transportation in future wars. Its efficiency and capability will directly affect the progress of war, and the loading-and-un- loading equipment of military air transportation is a key to the accomplishment of the high efficiency of transportation guarantee. The present situation of the development of loading-and-unloading equipment is analysed in the paper, the result of which shows that our present loading-and unloading equipment can hardly meet the needs of war, either in systemic configuration, capability, or quantity, and the emergency demand of air loading-and-unloading tasks and which also requires us to strengthen our research into basic theory, promote the transformation of our research results, develop demonstration and confirmation of items, and flexibly learn from and imitate foreign and civil techniques.
