摘  要:对湖北省338份绿豆豆种质资源的主要农艺性状进行了调查分析,鉴定和评价了株高、分枝数、单株荚数、单株产量、百粒重等主要数量性状,并对部分种质资源进行了抗病性鉴定和品质鉴定。结果表明,湖北省绿豆豆资源在单株荚数和单株产量这2个性状上有丰富的遗传多样性。品质方面,绿豆粗蛋白含量的变异性较大,遗传多样性高,各种质间总淀粉含量差异较小,遗传性状相对稳定,但淀粉中直链淀粉和支链淀粉的比例在不同的种质间有一定的差异。湖北绿豆的抗病虫性普遍较差,大部分种质都为高易感资源,在今后的育种工作中,应加强本地品种的改良和外来优异种质的引进。另外,结合田间考察和筛选,发掘出了一批对绿豆遗传育种有益的种质资源材料。In the article, the main characteristics of 338 mungbean germplasm were investigated and analyzed in Hubei province, the main quantitative characters as plant height, branch number, pods number per plant, yield per plant and weight of one hundred seeds were evaluated, and identification of resistance and quality of some germplasm resources were carried out. The results indicated that mnngbean germplasm had great genetic diversity based on two characters of pods number per plant and yield per plant, for the quality of mungbean, the crude protein content showed a high variation and great genetic diversity, total starch content had little differences among the germplasms, the genetic character was stable, but the proportion of amylose and amylopectin in starch of mungbean exhibited some differences among different germplasm. The resistance of mungbean germplasm was very poor in Hubei province, the improvement of local variety and introduction of excellent germplasm resource should be strengthened. In addition, some germplasm resources conducive to genetic breeding for mungbean were obtained.
