桥式双断点塑料外壳式断路器磁场分析

摘　　要：利用三维有限元方法对4种不同结构的桥式双断点塑料外壳式断路器进行了磁场分析,比较了4种结构触头间的电动斥力、吹弧磁场分布以及电弧受到的磁吹力。研究结果可为桥式双断点塑料外壳式断路器的设计和优化提供参考。Magnetic fields in four bridge-type dual-breakers moulded case circuit breakers with different contacts systems were analyzed by three dimensional finite element method. Repulsion force , distribution of magnetic fields and magnetic blowout forces between contacts of the four circuit breakers were compared. The results can be reference for design and optimization of bridge-type dual-breaker moulded case circuit breakers.
