摘　　要：采用TLC法鉴别泉通颗粒中的黄柏、知母、肉挂、胡芦巴、苍术和猪苓。采用HPLC法测定其中盐酸小檗碱和胡芦巴碱的含量。根据盐酸小檗碱和胡芦巴碱的含量测定结果,将泉通颗粒中此二者的含量暂定为不低于1.7mg/袋和2.1mg/袋。Six herbs （Cortex Phellodendri, Rhizoma Anemarrhenae, Cortex Cinnamomi, Semen Trigonellae, Rhizoma Atractylodis and Polyporus） in Quantong granules were identified by TLC. Berberine hydrochloride and trigonelline were determined by HPLC. According to the results, the content limits of berberine hydrochloride and trigonelline were not less than 1.7mg and 2. 1mg per package.
