熊胆粉提取物中熊去氧胆酸和鹅去氧胆酸的HPLC-ELSD测定

摘　　要：建立了HPLC-ELSD法测定熊胆粉提取物中的熊去氧胆酸和鹅去氧胆酸。采用C_(18)色谱托,以0.05%三氟乙酸-乙腈梯度洗脱,蒸发光散射检测器,漂移管温度95℃。熊去氧胆酸和鹅去氧胆酸分别在2.51～12.54μg和0.40～2.02μg范围内线性关系良好,回收率为98.8%和99 8%,RSD为1.4%和2.1%。An HPLC-ELSD method was established for the determination of ursodeoxycholic acid and chenodeoxycholic acid in the extract of bear biliary drainage powder. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of 0.05 % trifluoroacetic acid-acetonitrile by gradient elution. An evaporative light scattering detector was used at tube temperature of 95 ℃. The calibration curves of ursodeoxycholic acid and chenodeoxycholic acid were linear in the range of 2.51 - 12.54μg and 0.40 - 2.02μg, respectively. The average recoveries were 98.8% and 99.8%, with RSDs of 1.4% and 2.1%, respectively.
