摘　　要：建立了HPLC法测定拉呋替丁。采用C_(18)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.1mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液(40:60),检测波长为279nm。拉呋替丁在10～180μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好。回收率为99.5%～99.7%,RSD为0.39%～0.48%。An HPLC method was established for the determination of lafutidine. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-0.1mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution （40 ： 60） at the detection wavelength of 279nm. The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 10 - 180pg/ml. The average recoveries were 99.5% - 99.7% with RSDs of 0.39% - 0.48%.
