摘　　要：根据过程管理组织综合集成理论,论文研究、分析和论述了重大研发项目过程、过程管理综合集成和过程组织管理集成的特征,建立了重大研发项目过程管理组织综合集成模型,并应用于舰船建造过程。This paper has given a detailed description of the characteristics of the processes of large-scale R＆D projects and the integration process management; the author has also discussed the characteristics of the integrated organizational process management on the theory of the integrated organizational process management, and constructed the model for the integrated organizational process management of large-scale R＆D projects.
