华木莲染色体核型的研究

摘　　要：首次报道我国特有的华木莲ＳｉｎｏｍａｎｇｌｉｅｔｉａｇｌａｕｃａＺＹＹｕｅｔＱＹＺｈｅｎｇ的染色体计数和核型。其根尖体细胞染色体数目为２ｎ＝３８．按Ｌｅｖａｎ等的分类标准，华木莲的核型公式为２ｎ＝２ｘ＝３８＝３８ｍ，属Ｓｔｅｂｂｉｎｓ划分的“１Ｂ”类型。The chromosome count and the karyotype of sinomanglietia glauca Z X Yu et Q Y Zheng,which is endemic to china,are reported for the first time.The unmbers of chromosome of the plant's somatic cells in root-tip are found to be 2n=38,According to the classification system given by levan et al.,the karyotype formula of the species is 2n=2x=38=38m.The karyotype belongs to the “1B”of stebbins karyotypic symmetry.
