禽腺病毒核酸的提取及分子量测定

摘　　要：通过接种鸭胚增殖病毒，采用聚乙二醇-硫酸铵沉淀法纯化病毒，从病毒纯化物提取核酸进行琼脂糖凝胶电泳的结果表明，HS－1，AV－127和GC2三株病毒各有一条明显的核酸带，不分节段，不同毒株的核酸电泳迁移率非常相似，测定的分子量分别为33．6．34．2和33．9kb.The viruses were inoculated into duck embryoes for multiplication and purified by polyethylene glycol-ammonium sulphate precipitation. The nuclcic acid extracts from purified viruses were runelectrophoresis on agrose gcf. The results showed that only one band could be observed for HS-1,AV 127 and GC2 strains. Their clectrophoretic migrating rates were very similar and molecular weights weredetermined as 33. 6, 34. 2 and 33. 9 kb respectively.
