利用对虾育苗池进行泥蚶育苗试验报告

摘　　要：利用对虾育苗池进行泥蚶产卵孵化和幼虫培养试验．在480m2育苗水体中，经过45天，育出平均壳高353μm的泥蚶稚贝2．3亿粒，平均出苗密度47．92万粒／m2，最高达63．5万粒／m2．创产值65万元，纯利38万元。试验证明利用对虾育苗池进行泥蚶人工育苗是可行的。北方地区应在5、6月份购进亲蚶，先进行室内强化培养，以保证亲蚶质量。An experiment was conducted on making use of the prawn seeding pond for Arca granosa to lay and hatch eggs and to culture larvae. After 45 days' rearing, 0. 23 billion juvenile Area granosa with the average shell height of 353 μm were out of the seeding water body of 480 m2, average density 479. 2 thousand individuals per m2. The output price was 650 thousand yuan,including net profit 380 thousand yuan. The experimental result proved: it is feasible to use the prawn seeding pond for seed-rearing of Area granosa, but in North China the parent Arca granosa ought to be purchased in May and June for intensive culture in advance so as to guarantee its quality.
