摘　　要：目的了解新闻工作者在艾滋病防治报道方面的需求、信息交流的渠道。方法随机抽取44位曾参加"艾滋病防治媒体报道培训班"的新闻工作者,通过自填调查问卷的方法来进行需求评估。结果81.8%的新闻工作者希望获得"艾滋病防治最新政策",79.5%的新闻工作者希望获得"艾滋病防治媒体报道参考手册",79.5%的新闻工作者希望获得"重点人群(性工作者、吸毒人群等)行为干预"信息。63.3%的新闻工作者将网络作为首选信息来源,20%的新闻工作者将相关政府职能部门发布的信息作为首选信息来源,16.7%的新闻工作者将相关专家学者或者研究机构发布的信息作为首选信息来源。88.6%的新闻工作者在策划新闻报道中能够明确的知道自己要找什么样的信息。95.5%的新闻工作者希望与专家进行在线交流,86.4%的新闻工作者希望与艾滋病病毒感染者进行在线交流。结论新闻工作者对艾滋病防治信息的"新"和"权威性"有很高需求,并且愿意接受多种可行的交流渠道。Objective To assess the reporting needs and channel of communication on HIV/AIDS issues among journalists. Methods 44 journalists who participated in Media Report Training Workshop on AIDS Prevention and Control were randomly selected to assess the needs with self-administered questionnaire. Results 81.8% want to obtain information on ＂ relevant policies on HIV/AIDS prevention and control ＂, 79. 5% want to receive Mass Media Reporting Manual on HIV/AIDS, 79. 5% want get information of focus groups （sex workers/IDUs, etc. ） behavior intervention. 63.3% obtain information through internet as the main source, 20% of journalists refer government＇ s departments as the main information source, 16. 7% see relevant experts as the preferred source. 88.6% clearly know what kind of information they want when they prepare for the reports. 95.5 % want to communicate with experts online. 86. 4% hope to talk with PLWHAs online. Conclusion Journalists have a high demand of ＂latest＂ and ＇＂ authorial＂ information on HIV/AIDS issues and a great intention to accept multifold effective communication channels.
