摘　　要：描述了475t/h CFB锅炉受热面结构和屏式过热器超温问题,指出引起超温的主要原因是受热面布置不合适。提出将一片冷段屏式过热器改为水冷屏,并进行了验证,获得了良好的效果。The structure of a 475 t/h CFB boiler＇s heat exchangers are being described while the overheating problem of its platen superheater analyzed. The problem is found to be caused by unreasonable arrangement of heat surfaces, which is finally solved by changing a piece of superheater at cold end from the platen into water-cooled panel type. The method is proved to be effective.
