摘  要:针对新建的大型燃煤机组锅炉制粉系统大多选用冷一次风机正压直吹式,而中速磨煤机的石子煤排放成为比较棘手的问题,比较了水力输送、振动输送以及人工清理等排放系统存在的缺点;介绍了负压抽吸原理的石子煤真空抽取排放系统及其特点,提出采用该排放系统输送距离不宜过长,管道应尽量减少弯头,更重要的是保证系统的密封性和足够的真空度。Most large coal-fired power units newly built in recent years adopt pulverizers of the cold primary air positive-pressure direct-blowing type, and the stone coal discharge from such medium speed pulverizers is always a troublesome problem. At present, all the generally used methods, such as hydraulic, vibration and manual removal and transmitting way, have obvious disadvantages, which can be overcome by vacuum draw-out system based on negative pressure suction. However, the conveying distance of vacuum draw-out method is relatively short, and the allowed number of pipe bends is limited, while sound tightness should be kept to guarantee enough vacuum degree.
