摘 要:根据弹性力学原理,构建了以竹碎料和木纤维为原料的竹木复合材料的本构方程,在此基础上,建立了竹木复合材料的表观弹性模量预测模型。结果表明:预测模型可反映竹碎料和木纤维比例与复合材料弹性模量之间的关系;该预测模型的计算结果与实测结果之间存在1.4%~7.7%的误差;该预测模型可用于竹碎料与木纤维复合板材料和结构的优化设计。The constitutive equation of the bamboo-wood composite materials that utilized bamboo-particle and wood-fiber as materials was established based on the theory of elasticity mechanics. The forecasting models of the elasticity modulus of the composite materials in the main directions and any directions were established. The forecasting models could show the relation between the ratio of bamboo-particle and wood-fiber and the elasticity modulus of this composite materials. The error between the forecasting models and the results obtained by experiments was about 1.4%-7.7%. The forecasting models can be used to design the materials and structure of the composite materials by bamboo-particle and wood-fiber.
