暖心胶囊对阿霉素诱导大鼠心衰模型的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察暖心胶囊对阿霉素诱导心衰大鼠模型的影响。方法取SD大鼠40只,采用阿霉素腹腔注射诱导心衰大鼠模型,将成模大鼠随机分为4组,每组10只,即模型对照组,暖心胶囊中、高剂量组(0.825,1.65g/kg)和地戈辛组(0.091g/kg),另取10只作为正常对照组,除正常对照组和模型组灌胃等量蒸馏水外,其余各组每日灌胃相应药物。给药30d后,检测大鼠血清血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的含量以及大鼠的心率,计算心脏系数,测量心脏体积。结果暖心胶囊可以降低因心衰引起的心率增快,缩小心衰大鼠的心脏体积,降低心脏系数,与阳性对照药地戈辛组效果基本相同;暖心胶囊中、高剂量组均可以显著降低心衰模型大鼠血清AngⅡ含量,暖心胶囊高剂量组可以明显增加心衰大鼠血清SOD活性。结论暖心胶囊对阿霉素诱导心衰大鼠模型有较好的治疗作用。Objective To observe the effects of Nuanxin Capsule （NC） on the rat models of adriamycin -induced heart failure. Methods Forty SD rats were used for the study and heart failure was induced by intraperitoneal injection of adriamycin. The survival rats were randomly divided into 4 groups： model control group, middle-dose and high-dose NC groups （0. 825, 1.65 g/kg） and digoxin group （0. 091 g/kg）. Each group has 10 rats. Another 10 healthy rats were in the normal control group. Except the normal control group and model group received gastric infusion of equivalent distilled water, the other groups were given the corresponding drugs everyday for 30 days. After the administration for 30 days, the serum levels of angiotensin 11 （Ang Ⅱ） and superoxide dismutase （SOD）, and the rat heart rate were examined, the heart coefficient was calculated, and the heart size was measured. Results NC could reduce the heart rate, and decrease the heart size and heart coefficient of heart failure rats, and its effect was similar to the positive control drug. Middle - dose and high - dose NC significantly reduced serum Ang Ⅱ level of heart failure model, and high - dose NC increased the serum SOD activity obviously. Conclusions Nuanxin Capsule has a good therapeutic effects on the rats models of adriamycin - induced heart failure.
