通心络胶囊对下肢外周动脉病血液流变学、血脂及踝臂指数的影响及临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨通心络胶囊对下肢外周动脉病的临床疗效。方法将205例下肢外周动脉病患者随机分为治疗组(102例)和对照组(103例)。治疗组用通心络胶囊3粒口服,每日3次,并联用肠溶阿司匹林75mg,每日1次。对照组单用肠溶阿司匹林75mg口服,每日1次,疗程均8周。观察用药前后血液流变学指标(全血高切黏度、低切黏度、血浆黏度、血浆纤维蛋白原水平)、血脂及踝臂指数的变化。结果治疗后治疗组总有效率(84.3%)明显高于对照组(58.3%);2组治疗后血液流变学指标均明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗组较对照组下降更明显;治疗组治疗后血脂明显改善(P<0.05),而对照组无显著变化;治疗组ABI由0.81上升至0.94(P<0.01)而对照组由0.81上升至0.82(P>0.05)。结论通心络胶囊能有效改善血液流变学、血脂代谢和踝臂指数,是改善下肢外周动脉病安全有效的药物。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Tongxinluo capsule on peripheral arterial disease （PAD）. Methods 205 patients with PAD were randomly divided into treatment group（ 102 cases）and control group（ 103 cases）. The cases in treatment group were administrated Tongxinluo capsule combined with aspirin （oral Tongxinluo capsule 3 tid, aspfine 75rag, qd）. The cases in control group were applied only aspirin （75rag, qd）. All cases underwent 8 weeks treatment. Compared before and after treatment, the hemorrheology indexes including whole blood high shearing viscosity, low shearing viscosity, whole blood and plasma viscosity, plasma fibrinogen levels, total cholesterol, triglyceride, and ankle brachial index （ ABI）. Results The totally efficiency ratio in treatment group （ 84.3 % ） was higher than control group （58.3 % ）. The bemorrheology indexes were observed improvement in control group（ P 〈 0.05）, especially in treatment group （ P 〈 0.01 ）.The blood lipid were significant differences before and post treatment in treatment group （ P 〈 0.05）, however no significant difference was found in control group. The ABI in treatment group increased from 0. 81 to 0.94 （ P 〈 0）. 01 ）, and from 0.81 to 0.82 in control group （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion It demonstrated that Tongxinluo capsule could improve the hemorrheology parameters, blood lipid and ABI, which provided that Tongxinluo capsule could improve PAD safely and effectively.
