摘　　要：针对涤锦复合超细纤维织物存在的染色不深和牢度差等问题,通过染料筛选和工艺处方、工艺曲线的优化,确定采用Terasil W/Eriofast分散/活性一浴法染色工艺。结果表明,该工艺较好地协调了活性染料与分散染料同浴浸染时在染色温度、pH值和电解质等方面的条件差异,解决了涤锦复合超细纤维织物显色性和染色牢度差的问题。Aiming to existing problems of poor deep shade and color fastness, one bath dyeing of polyester/polyamide composite superfine fiber fabrics with Terasil W/Eriofast disperse/reactive dyes was settled through dyes selection and process recipe and curve setting. As a result, the differences of dyeing temperature, pH value and electrolyte between reactive dyes and disperse dyes in one bath dyeing were coordinated. The dyeing process effectively solved the problem of poor color rendering and color fastness of polyester/ polyamide composite superfine fiber fabrics.
