染座剂DM-2008在棉涂料浸染中的应用

摘　　要：采用染座剂DM-2008对纯棉织物改性后进行涂料染色。通过测定上染率、摩擦牢度、皂洗牢度及日晒牢度,得到最佳工艺配方:染座剂DM-2008 1.0%(owf)、涂料4.0%(owf)、黏合剂10g/L、湿摩擦牢度提升剂DM-2588 30g/L。结果表明,改性处理后的纯棉织物涂料上染率达到98%以上,且湿摩擦牢度和皂洗牢度均达4级以上。With dye site agent DM-2008, pigment dyeing for cotton fabric was applied. The dye-uptake and color fastness to rubbing, soaping and light were determined. The optimal process recipe was got as follows： dye site agent DM-2008 1. 0 % （ ovvf ）, pigment 4.0 % （ owf ）, adhesive 10 g/L, agent DM-2588 for enhancement of wet rubbing fastness 30 g/L. The results showed that the dye-uptake of the pigment dyed fabric reached more than 98%, and color fastness to wet rubbing and soaping reached more than 4 grades.
