小麦雄性不育的发生与花药组织内激素平衡的关系

摘　　要：本实验通过对小麦雄性不育材料和相应的可育材料花药内源激素含量比值的分析发现：在花粉败育过程中内源激素的平衡遭到破坏，不论是Ｋ、Ｔ型细胞质雄性不育系还是化学杂交剂诱导的雄性不育花药组织ＩＡＡ／ＡＢＡ，ＧＡｓ／ＡＢＡ与ＩＡＡ／ＺＲ的值与相应的可育材料相比大幅度下降，并且不育度与下降幅度呈正相关。在Ｆ１中，上述比值都高出不育系和恢复系。In this experiment, The ratios between hormones in anther of male sterile materials and their respective feterile ma- terials was analyzed. The results showed: The endogenous hormonal equilibrium was broken. The value of lAA/ABA, GAs/ABA and IAA/ZR was remarkably lower in the cytoplasm male sterile lines and CHA induced male sterility than their respective fertile materi- als, and the reduced extent was in positive correlation with the degree of sterility. The value in F1 was higher than sterile and restore line.
