万家寨引黄北干线调节水库规划问题

摘　　要：分析了在引黄北干线供水区设置调节水库的必要性。由于规划中的不确定因素,调节水库应随用水增长过程分层次逐步推进。先期与调水工程同步建设的调节库宜分散布置,靠近用户,规模不宜过大。随着用水量进一步增长,用水户落实,在营运过程中,逐个改造利用当地水库,参与调节。最终建成以桑干河、东榆林、册田水库为备用水源、引黄水与当地水互相补充的完备的供水系统。The article analyzes the necssity to set up regulation reservoirs for water supply area in north main line of YRDP. Due to the uncertain factors in planning,the regulation reservoirs must be constructed progressively in pace with the process of increasing water user. In early stage,and in parallel with the water-tranfering from Yellow River,it is suitable to make the arrangement of reservoirs not concentrating as well as to make the reservoirs close to water user,and the scale of reservoirs should be not too large. In the wake of the growth of water use volume and with the determination of water user, the reservoirs in site ought to be reconstructed one by one in the running process so as to participate the regulation task. Last,taking the Sanggan River,the Dongyulin Reservoir and the Cetian Reservoir as the reserved water reaources.a perfect water supply system,in which the Yellow River＇s water resources and the water resources in site supplement each other, well be constructed.
