摘  要:针对中国石化济南分公司焦化分馏塔的振动情况,通过标定初步分析了振动原因并实施了缓解措施。在装置检修期间,对装置内相关设备进行了检查,发现焦炭塔至分馏塔的大油气线结焦严重,指出原料性质恶劣、焦化原料中含盐量的增加以及油气线线速的提高是造成结焦的主要原因,并且认为结焦使油气线内气体流速改变是使分馏塔产生振动的根本原因。对油气线进行消焦处理后,分馏塔振动被消除。Reasons for vibration of the fractionator in delayed coker at SINOPEC Jinan Company were analyzed based on test run results,and some mitigation measures were taken.On inspection of relevant equipment in unit overhaul,serious coking was found in the oil gas line from coke drum to the fractionator.Main reasons for coking include inferior quality of feedstock, increased salt content in coker feed and increased linear velocity in oil gas line, and the basic reason for vibration of fractionator is the variation of gas flow rate in oil gas line resulted by coking.The vibration of fractionator was eliminated by decoking the oil gas line.
