摘  要:介绍了中国石化九江分公司Ⅰ套催化裂化装置烧焦效果较差的原因,包括实际烧焦风量不能满足烧焦需要、再生器床层稳定性差、外取热器催化剂返回造成低温区域的存在以及密相床层操作线速偏低。针对再生器存在问题,进行了减少外取热器风量,提高床层烧焦风量,提高烧焦强度等3个阶段的调整,使再生定碳稳定在了0.15%,并在计算后提出了进一步提高烧焦效果的改造设想。This paper introduces the reasons for poor coke burning effect in FCCU I at SINOPEC Jiujiang Company ,including low air flow rate for coke burning,poor stability of regenerator bed,low temperature zone resulted by catalyst returning from catalyst cooler,and low operating linear velocity in dense bed.Some improvement measures are taken to solve the problems in regenerator, including decreasing air flow rate in catalyst cooler,increasing air flow rate for coke burning in catalyst bed and increasing coke burning intensity.As a result,the carbon on regenerated catalyst remains stable at 0.15%.Modification plans for further improvement in coke burning effect are put forward after calculation.
