摘　　要：高校科研量化管理对推动高校科研工作起着积极作用,科研工作量化管理有其一般做法与原则,通过分析量化过程中存在的科研统计重数量轻质量、量化标准单一、与教学工作缺乏可比性、科研成果转载引用及转化未被重视等方面的问题,对进一步改进和完善量化管理体系提出了建议和对策,包括制定公平合理的科研量化管理办法等。Quantified Management has played an active role in universities to promote scientific research. Quantitative management of scientific research has its general approaches and principles. Through analyzing the problems in scientific research statistics, such as underrating quality, simplistic quantification standard lack of comparason with teaching, un- derrating the achievements in scientific research reprint, the quotation and the transformation, etc. Proposals and coun- termeasures are put forward to further improve and consummate the quantification management system.
