摘　　要：能否合理的选择土地定级因素因子与定级成果的客观性和合理性有着很重要的关系。建立在城镇土地定级因素因子选择方法、适用特点及土地定级与定价关系的基础上,研究了2006会宁县土地定级因素因子选择的合理性,并对如何选择土地定级因素因子提出了建议。The choice of land gradation factors is closely related to the objectivity and practical results. Based on the elaboration of the methods of choosing and gradation factors and suitable characteristics of land gradation factors and the relationship between land gradation factors and land price, this paper studies the choice of land gradation factors of Huining County in 2006, analyzes the rationality of the choice, and proposes suggestions for choosing the factors of land gradation.
