支撑喉镜喉显微手术治疗声带良性病变临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨喉显微手术治疗声带良性病变的效果及并发症。方法:手术在全麻支撑喉镜下进行,采用普通手术显微镜连接300 mm聚焦镜头观察病变。结果:87例中声带息肉57例,声带小结24例,声带囊肿6例。71例1次治愈(81.6%),5例经2次手术治愈(5.8%),好转11例(12.6%),无无效病例。结论:支撑喉镜下显微手术清除病变彻底,并发症少,恢复快,临床疗效满意。Objective：To investigate the effects and complications of the vocal benign lesions treated with serf-retaining laryngoscopie mierosurgery. Methods ：To use general anesthesia and suspension laryngoscope to observe lesions with a common surgical microscape conneeted with 300 mm focus lens.Results：In the 87 eases,57 eases were vocal polyps,24 eases were vocal nodules,6 eases were vocal cord cyst. 71 cases（81.6%）were cured one time,5 eases（5.8%） accepted two surgical cure, 11 eases（12.6%） were improved and invalid eases didn＇t exist. Conclusion：Serf-retaining laryngoseopie microsurgery can remove lesions completely,have fewer complications, make quick recovery and improve the clinical satisfaction.
