摘 要:以连续运行的杨木BECMP中试生产线为基础,通过与典型杨木P-RCAPMP生产线的对比,介绍BECMP的主要工艺过程,并对其成浆质量及运行效果进行分析。结果表明:杨木BECMP生产技术已经成熟,具有全部装备国产化、短流程、低能耗、低用水量、废水发生量少等特点;成浆物理指标可以达到典型APMP浆企业标准要求,抗张强度优于P-RCAPMP浆。Base on the compassion between the continuous running aspen pilot BECMP (Bleached Extrusion Chemi-Mechanical Pulping) line and the typical aspen P-RC APMP production line, this article introduced the main technological process of BECMP and analyzed the pulp quality and operation performance. The results showed that: the aspen BECMP is a sophisticated technology with many advantages such as using domestic equipment, short flow, low consumption of energy and water as well as low effluent discharge. The physical properties of BECMP can achieve the enterprise standards of typical APMP, and the tensile strength is stronger than P-RC APMP.
