摘　　要：索赔过程实质上就是组织工程索赔证据的过程,工程索赔证据的收集与整理往往是围绕书证展开的。索赔证据应当按照一定的标准进行组织和排列,其中索赔资格证据、索赔责任证据和索赔计算依据不可或缺。以索赔请求为基础进行倒推和以现有证据归纳索赔请求是组织工程索赔证据的典型思路。The claim process is the formation process of evidences for project claim in essence. Evidences should be arranged according to some standards. Especially the evidenees of qualification, liability and basis of calculation for claim are indispensable. The typical means of evidence formation for project claim are as follow： firstly, we take the claim as a basis and turn back to find the suitable evidences; or take the evidences on hand as a basis and induce the claim.
