摘  要:为了防止除冰盐环境下混凝土剥蚀破坏,自行配制有机硅涂料.并参照CDF混凝土抗盐冻试验方法,研究有机硅涂料对混凝土的防护性能,并与减小水灰比,添加引气剂及矿物掺合料对混凝土抗冻性的改善效果进行对比.结果表明:涂刷该有机硅涂料后,混凝土经56次盐冻后剥蚀量均降低了99%,相对动弹性模量损失率降低49%,混凝土表面无明显剥蚀痕迹,显著地提高了高性能道路混凝土的抗盐冻性能.3种措施对混凝土抗除冰盐性能改善的优劣次序为:涂刷有机硅涂料,添加引气剂及矿物掺合料,减小水灰比.An organo-silicone coating was investigated for its ability to prevent concrete from scaling and being damaged by the action of salt freeze-deicing. The protection from the organosilicone coating was determined by the CDF test method. The results are compared to other measures such as reducing the water-cement ratio, adding an air-entrained agent and mineral admixture. The results show that the mass loss from scaling and the rate of loss of dynamic modulus of elasticity decreased by 99% and by 49% (after 56 cycles) after brushing the organosilicone coat onto the concrete. Scaling marks on the concrete surface could hardly be detected. The organo-silicone coat can greatly improve deicing-frost resistance of pavement concrete. Pavement concrete with a high deicing-frost resistance was prepared. The three measures improved deicing-frost resistance in the order; brushed organo-silicone, air-entrained agent added to the mix with mineral admixture and reducing the water-cement ratio.
