Characterization of Direct Liquefied Oils from Three Typical Chinese Coals

摘  要:为获得油品后续加工利用的基础数据,对先锋、平朔和白洞3种不同变质程度煤在450℃和10 MPa氢初压下进行了直接液化,考察了液化反应性,并利用模拟蒸馏、色质联用和核磁共振等方法,研究了液化油的组成特征.结果表明:3种原煤的液化性能存在明显差别,其液化性能由高到低依次为:先锋煤>白洞煤>平朔煤.先锋煤总转化率和油产率分别为95.15%和60.98%,白洞煤总转化率和油产率分别为95.08%和59.95%;先锋煤液化油的轻油含量最高,达38.16%,分别高于平朔和白洞煤液化油10%和5%.液化油主要由芳香烃和脂肪烃组成,白洞煤液化油的芳香烃类含量最高,达56.26%,先锋煤液化油的脂肪烃类含量最高,达18.46%,且以直链脂肪烃为主.平朔和白洞煤液化油芳碳含量高于先锋煤液化油近2%,而烷碳含量则与之相反.To obtain the essential data of coal-derived oil for further processing, three kinds of coals from Xianfeng, Pingshuo and Baidong with the different rank were hydro-liquefied at 450 ℃ and 10 MPa (initial hydrogen pressure). The liquefaction reactivity and characteristics of liquefied oils were investigated based on the GC-SD, GC-MS and ^13C-NMR. The results show that the liquefaction reactivity of three coals is as follow: Xianfeng coal 〉Baidong coal〉Pingshuo coal. The total conversion and oil yield of Xianfeng coal is 95.12% and 60. 98% respectively, and those of Baidong coal 95.08% and 59.95% respectively. The amount of light distillates of Xianfeng liquefied oil reaches 38. 16%, which is higher than those of Pingshuo and Baidong liquefied oil by 10% and 5%. The Xianfeng liquefied oil contains much more aliphatics (18.46%), which are mainly composed of linear paraffins. The liquefied oil is mainly composed of the aromatics and aliphatics. The Baidong coal-derived oil has maximum aromatics content of about 56.26%. The aryl carbon amount of Baidong and Pingshuo oils is higher than that of Xianfeng oil by about 2%, but opposite for the alkyl carbons amount.
