摘 要:研究了氰酸酯树脂(CE)改性环氧树脂(EP)的热性能和吸湿性能。结果表明,一定量的CE可以显著提高EP/CE共混物的耐热性,同时其吸水率远低于常见的EP体系。当加入质量分数50%的CE时,共混物的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)提高至210℃,沸水浸泡48h后共混物的吸水率仅为1.37%,扩大了EP的应用领域。Cyanates resin(CE) was adopted to improve heat resistance and moisture absorption property of epoxy(EP) . The results showed that, the heat resistance property of EP was improved and its moisture absorption property was lower than other familiar EP system when CE was added. Especially when the content of CE was 50% , the glass transition temperature ( Tg ) increased to 210℃ , and after 48 h in boiling water, the moisture absorption of EP/CE blend was only 1.37% , which enlarged the application scope of EP.
