摘 要:讨论了测定马来酸酐接枝氯化聚丙烯[(PP-C)-g-MAH]接枝率的重要意义,分析了几种接枝率测定方法的优缺点。针对(PP-C)-g-MAH的特殊结构,研究了一种利用酸碱滴定法准确测定接枝物酸值的测定方法。通过考察(PP-C)-g-MAH主链上叔碳氯脱除量的影响因素,确定了接枝率测定方法的工艺参数,并对误差情况进行分析。The important significance of measuring the grafting rate of maleic anhydride grafted chlorinated polypropylene [ (PP-C)-g-MAH] was discussed, and the merits and demerits of several methods for measuring the grafting rate were analyzed. A method for exactly measuring the acid value of (PP-C)-g-MAH by neutralization titration was researched according to it's special structure. The parameters of method for measuring the grafting rate was established by investigating influence factors of dechlorinating of (PP-C)-g-MAH main chain tertiary carbon chlorin and the error conditions were analysed.
