摘　　要：通过对仪表盒面板的工艺分析,介绍了该塑料制品的注塑模具结构和设计、制造要点。该注塑模采用斜导柱滑块抽芯,动、定模采用组合镶拼式结构。结果表明,采用这种模具结构明显地改善了模具的加工性能,节约了生产成本,保证了产品质量。By analyzing the moulding process of board of meter box, the mould struture and key points of design, manufacture for this product were introduced. The inclined pillar slide slide block core-pulling and combination inlay block structure of moving and fixed moulding plate were adopted in the mould. The results showed that the mould structure could improve the machining properties of mould, reduce the manufacture cost and guarantee the quality of the product.
