摘 要:通过大田试验,采用田间调查方法研究了27个陆地棉种质资源的生物学性状间差异。结果表明:不同种质资源间生育期差异明显,极差为12d,可把27个棉花种质资源分为3大类;种质资源间株高差异显著,极差为46.8cm,;果枝数、成铃数、脱落数、总果节数以及脱落率的极差分别为6.0、28.0、20.0、37.0、33.3%;种质资源间三桃数量存在显著差异,尤其是伏桃、秋桃差异达到35.2、32.8个,达极差显著水平。因此,选择结铃数多,脱落率低、三桃数量高、株高适宜的品种对提高棉花产量具有重要意义。Biological characteristics differences of 27 terrestrial cotton germplasm resources were studied by field investigation method. The results showed that reproductive stages among 27 cotton germplasm resources were significant different with a range of 12 d. And the 27 cotton germplasm resources could be divided into 3 eatagories based on the stages. The significant difference of plant hight existed among 27 cotton germplasm resources with a range of 46.8 cm. Moreover, the extreme differences of number of fruit branches, bell, fall off, total fruit branches, and fall off rate were 6.0, 28.0, 20.0, 37.0, and 33.3%, respectively. Numbers of cotton bells among 27 varieties were significant different, in particular the differences of the summer bells and the autumn bells reached 35.2, 32.8 and reached extreme significant level. Therefore, it is of great significance to increase cotton production by choosing a satisfied cotton variety of more boll set- ting, low fall off rate, more three-bolls and appropriate height.
