不同配方的培养料对秀珍菇生长的影响

摘　　要：以湖南农村富有的几种农产品废料为主要成分,配制了4种培养料基质进行秀珍菇的生产,观察不同配方菌丝体生长的情况并对不同配方培养的秀珍菇进行农艺性状的比较。结果表明,配方A(杂木屑75%,玉米粉5%,米糠18%,蔗糖1%,石灰1%)与配方B(棉子壳98%,石灰1%,蔗糖1%)较适合进行秀珍菇生产。The agricultural scraps rich in Hunan countryside were used as the primary components to confect 4 composts for producing pleurotus geesteranus. The mycelia growth status under different formula compost was investigated and the effects of different prescription on agricultural characters of the pleurotus geesteranus were studied. The results indicated that both A and B prescription were good for production of the pleurotus geesteranus. Prescription A composed of 75% mixed timbering residue, 5% corn flour, 18% rice bran, 1% cane sugar and 1% gypsum. And prescription B composed of 98% cotton seed shell, 1% light calcium carbonate and 1% cane sugar.
