针刺干预对代谢综合征脂肪含量及生化代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的观察针刺干预对代谢综合征(MS)脂肪含量及生化代谢的影响。方法采用针刺疗法治疗代谢综合征患者22例,并与24例二甲双胍治疗作对照。结果治疗后,两组均能明显改善MS患者临床症状及体征,但针刺效果优于药物(P<0.05)。在肥胖指标、生化指标变化显示针刺组在降低体重指数方面优于药物组(P<0.05),而在调节空腹血糖方面不及药物组(P>0.05)。结论针刺干预对代谢综合征脂肪含量及生化代谢具有积极作用,而在调节空腹血糖方面不如药物治疗。Objective To observe the influence of acupuncture intervention on the fat content and biochemical metabolism in metabolic syndrome （MS）. Methods Twenty-two patients with metabolic syndrome were treated with acupuncture. Twenty-four patients were treated with Metformin as a control. Results The clinical symptoms and signs improved obviously in the two groups of MS patients, but the effect was better in the acupuncture group than in the medication group （P〈0.05）. The changes in obesity indices and biochemical indices showed that body mass index was decreased more in the acupuncture group than in the medication group （P〈0.05）, but fasting blood sugar was not regulated so well in the former as in the latter（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture intervention produces an active effect on the fat content and biochemical metabolism in metabolic syndrome but does not regulate fasting blood sugar so well as medication.
