黄选玮针刺治疗肩周炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的客观评价首批国家百名老中医学术经验继承人、贵阳中医学院黄选玮教授的针刺技法及选穴对肩周炎患者肩部疼痛症状及功能的改善。方法将肩周炎患者78例随机分为治疗组39例和对照组39例。两组分别于治疗前、治疗后对患者的疼痛及功能指标作详细比较。结果治疗组、对照组患者疼痛程度及功能比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论研究表明黄选玮教授的针刺技法及选穴对肩周炎患者肩部疼痛症状及功能的改善与对照组相比具有明显差异。Objective To objectively assess the improving effect of the acupuncture technique and point selection on shoulder pain and function in shoulder periarthritis patients, which were performed by Huang Xuanwei, one of the national first one-hundred successors who followed senior doctors of traditional Chinese medicine to acquire their academic experiences, and professor and consultant physician of Guiyang College of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods Seventy-eight patients with shoulder periarthritis were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 39 cases and a control group of 39 cases. Pain and function indices were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results There were statistically significant differences in pain degree and function between treatment and control groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The study indicates that Prof. Huang Xuanwei＇s acupuncture technique and point selection has a more marked improving effect on shoulder pain and function in shoulder periarthritis patients as compared with the control group.
