摘 要:通过对电力市场环境下输电线路检修计划优化问题(TMSOP)的研究,提出基于机会约束2层规划的TMSOP模型和算法。模型考虑了TMSOP涉及的不确定因素,统筹了检修经济性和检修过程中电网的可靠性,同时综合评估了不安全现象的概率和后果。模型通过基于蒙特卡罗仿真的混合智能优化算法求解,在求解过程中引入禁忌表以提高计算速度。IEEE RTS-79算例仿真结果表明,文中提出的模型和算法不仅优化了线路检修计划和检修资源安排,而且明确了检修期间电网风险最低的运行方式。In solving the transmission line maintenance scheduling optimization problem (TMSOP) under electric marketing circumstances, a chance-constrained bi-level programming model and a hybrid intelligent algorithm are put forward. The model takes into account the uncertainty involved in TMSOP and the maintenance economy versus power system reliability, while evaluating the probability and consequences of insecurity. The Monte Carlo simulation based hybrid intelligent algorithm is proposed to solve this model, with the taboo list to improve the calculation speed. Finally, the IEEE RTS-79 case results demonstrate that the model and the algorithm can not only optimize the maintenance schedule with the most economical resources arrangement hut also recommend the least risk-operation modes for the power system during maintenance.
