摘　　要：结合古今文献,从脾胃生理结构和生理功能上论述了乳腺增生病与脾胃的关系,着重阐述了脾主运化、脾为气血生化之源、脾主统血功能变化对乳腺增生病发生发展的影响,并对临床从脾胃论治的经验进行了概括。It is discussed that the relation of hyperplasia of mammary glands and spleen and stomach through the ancient and modern literature. It is emphasis discussed that spleen having the function to transport and transform nutrients, spleen being the source of production of Qi and blood, speen being responsible for keeping blood within the vessels,and effects of changes of three function on occurs and delelopment of hyperplasia of mammary glands. And it is summarized clinical experience of treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands by speen and stomach.
